This weekend we were able to spend Saturday at Warm Beach Camp, where the Arthritis Foundation hosted an amazing camp for kids with juvenile arthritis. Rich is very involved with the Arthritis Foundation and we were able to spend a few hours volunteering while Kayla and
Kenzie joined the kids for some fun camp activities. This camp provides a really great opportunity for the families and kids dealing with this tough disease and it was so neat to see the amazing kids, who have overcome so much at such young ages, having a fun weekend.

Rich spent the morning helping at the high ropes course and, after the session was over, I picked up the girls so they could watch Daddy tackle the course. He was right in his element...you would never know 12 years had passed since his days as a camp counselor. One of the camp staff did make a comment about hiring Rich!

Rich and I both loved camp as kids and it was so much fun to be able to introduce our kids to the camp experience. Kayla can't wait to go back and spend the night as a camper. We'll have to wait and see whether
Kenzie grows up to be the kind of kid who wants to go away to camp!

Wheeeeeeeeeeeeee - that looks like fun. I'm glad Kayla and 'Kenzie's daddy didn't hurt himself doing all those rope tricks. My daddy probably would have broken his leg or something...
