The State Fair is always a fun, end of summer activity. We were able to visit the fair during the day with good friends Culver and Hollis and at night with Daddy. Kayla LOVED the rides and can't wait to be tall enough to go on the bigger, spinning, fast rides. Makenzie is content eating icecream and visiting the animals. She did wait in line for the kiddie coaster, and told us over and over that she was not scared, but when it came down to it she had Rich take her out of line at the last minute. (This is very similar to the stunt mommy pulled all through junior high and high school.
Makenzie stuck her hands in almost every animal pin that was at her level! We didn't get a picture, but she loved petting the cows.
