A quick trip to Ocean Shores in May was a fun treat for Mother's Day weekend. The girls got to fly kites for the first time (the windy and chilly Washington coast was the perfect place for flying kites) and loved it. We also visited an indoor water park with water slides, fountains, and obstacle courses. Kenzie wasn't interested in the water slides but was perfectly content splashing in the fountains. Kayla was surprisingly brave and even tried going down a few water slides on her own.
