Kayla celebrated her 5
th birthday this Saturday! Wow...we can not believe our little girl is 5 years old and will be starting kindergarten in two weeks. This year, rather than having a party, Kayla chose to have a special day out with her good friend Hailey. After a fun morning of presents and a birthday breakfast, we took Kayla, Hailey and
Kenzie to paint pottery at "Paint Away" and out to lunch at Ruby's. The girls had so much fun painting, running through Redmond Town Center, and eating out. After sharing an
ice cream sundae for dessert we headed to the candy store for a few more treats and then home to play in the back yard pool. Kayla and Hailey have fun doing absolutely anything together and it was so special to watch Kayla enjoying every minute of her birthday "day out".

In the evening Grandma and Poppy joined us for dinner, (Olive Garden Take Out...Kayla's request) a few more presents, and cupcakes. Birthdays are always more fun with Grandma and Poppy around and it was a really nice way to end a great day. Happy Birthday Kayla Faith, we loved celebrating with you!
