Growing up

Both our girls seemed to have an extra burst of "growing up" this past week. Kayla got a new "big" bike and couldn't wait to race up and down the neighborhood. Kenzie is now officially the owner of Kayla's small bike and we'll make sure to catch a few pictures of her too...once we can convince her to ride it. The whole break thing is a little bit of a difficult concept.


Kenzie also moved into a "big girl" bed. Dadddy and Uncle painted her room purple and we packed up the Winnie the Pooh nursery and toddler bed. Kenzie is very proud of her new room and has actually been sleeping longer hours in her new bed. We can not complain!

The baby days seem to be long behind us so, of course, we are ready and waiting for them to come back around! We filed our initial adoption papers with Bethany Christian Services this week and would love your prayers as we begin the adoption process and anxiously wait for our family to grow. Our two little "big" girls can not wait to be the big sisters!
